Our aim is to satisfy you as a customer. We hope, of course, that you have no reason to complain. However, should this happen, we ask you to provide us with your contact details, if applicable: the financial instrument of The Naga Group AG (with WKN or ISIN) you have subscribed to/purchased and the reason for your complaint.

The receipt of your complaint will be confirmed to you short-term and the further final processing of the complaint will be arranged. As a rule, we will process your complaint within 3 - 5 working days. If the complaint cannot be finally processed within this period, we will inform you immediately about the further procedure.
