Compliance
Our actions along with our values
NAGA puts compliance with laws, regulations, and standards at the centre of our attention. We also make sure that all actions meet our internal principles and corporate culture and do not contradict stated values.
We believe that a truly successful organization can only be achieved with the help of each employee’s responsibility. This means that we do everything possible to align our actions with the values within our team.

Internal control measures to ensure compliance
To ensure we stick to compliance measures, NAGA has established internal control measures and introduced a Compliance Office department, which reports its progress to the Board of Managers and has a Compliance Officer at the top.
The responsibilities and areas of expertise of the Compliance Office go far beyond one company of the Group. The Compliance Officer and the members of the department are required to follow clear guidelines, follow the identified policies and reporting lines, and constantly be aware of the progress made within the agreed areas.
Keeping our measures up to date
We regularly update our compliance specifications to take account of new requirements arising from a variety of changes (for example, changes in legislation). NAGA is constantly following the updates and accounting for risk assessment. The review is performed by the Compliance Office at previously agreed periods and is followed by a materiality analysis, a compliance risk assessment, and the implementation of a required change.
The Compliance Officer has regular meetings with the Management and Supervisory Boards to present them with the most up-to-date status of compliance systems and report on issues if there are any.

Code of conduct
NAGA highly relies on customer and stakeholder trust in all areas we operate in. We use the Code of Conduct as a base document, which describes the beliefs and principles of all NAGA employees.
In particular, it outlines aspects such as compliance, safety, diversity and much more.
