Die Naga Group AG (ISIN: DE000A161NR7, WKN: A161NR) gibt eine Änderung im Vorstand bekannt: Christoph Brück (39), der das Unternehmen seit Gründung als Executive Director mitgeführt hatte, scheidet zum 15. Januar 2018 aus. Er bleibt dem Unternehmen erhalten und wird sich in seiner Funktion als Geschäftsführer der Switex GmbH um die Leitung des Joint Venture zwischen The Naga Group AG und der Deutsche Börse AG kümmern. Seine Nachfolge im Vorstand übernimmt Andreas Luecke (54), der seit 1. Mai 2017 bereits als Head of Legal and Tax dem Unternehmen angehört. Er wird zum 16. Januar 2018 für die Dauer von 3 Jahren zum Vorstand berufen.
