The publication of the Consolidated as well as the Stand Alone Financial Statements for the Financial Year 2022
Publication of the Semi-Annual Report as of June 30, 2023
Annual General Meeting
*The publication of the consolidated and annual financial statements for fiscal year 2022 is expected to take place in mid-September 2023. The main reasons for the delay are the change of auditor for fiscal year 2022 and the associated increase in the time required for the audit of the financial statements, as well as the inclusion of new business activities and the inclusion of new subsidiaries, for which there are not yet any well-established processes for preparing and auditing the financial statements, in the consolidated financial statements. In addition, there were technical problems in the accounting recording of business transactions with cryptocurrencies.
